Full course description
This course is intended for front-line staff in organizations that provide services to people experiencing homelessness. As a front-line staff member, you play many roles in ending homelessness. One of them is that you create knowledge about homelessness, and that knowledge informs local and national decisions about how we should address homelessness.
This course is all about how to make the most of this part of your job. We'll discuss:
- How local data drives decisions about homelessness
- How to make sure your data collection meets data quality standards
- How to collect data from clients in a way that makes them feel welcome and safe
This course is self-paced and takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.
